Floris IV (24 juni 1210 – 19 juli 1234) was van 1222 tot 1234 graaf van Holland. Hij was de zoon van Willem I en Aleid van Gelre.

Hij volgde zijn vader op in 1222. De eerste paar maanden, tot hij op zijn twaalfde jaar meerderjarig verklaard werd, stond hij onder voogdij van graaf Boudewijn van Bentheim. Floris IV huwde voor 1224 te Antwerpen met Machteld van Brabant, een dochter van Hendrik I van Brabant en Mathilde van Boulogne. Uit dit huwelijk werden zes kinderen geboren:

Margaretha

Floris IV breidde zijn gebied uit met het Land van Altena. Floris nam deel aan de oorlog tegen de Stedingers in 1234. Hij overleed tijdens een toernooi te Corbie, Frankrijk, op 19 juli 1234. Volgens sagen maakte Floris een grote indruk op Mathildis II van Boulogne die hem vervolgens een liefdesbrief stuurde; haar man Filips Hurepel, die ook deelnam aan het toernooi, kon dit niet over zijn kant laten gaan en stak Floris dood. Floris werd begraven in de Abdij van Rijnsburg.
Voornaam ook geschreven als MACHTELD.
