In 1115 trouwde ze mè de groaf van Vloandern, Karel de Goein, die ‘t groafschap Amiens mee krêeg. In 1127 hen z’hem vermôord in de Sint-Donoaskerke in Brugge.

Loater trouwde Margaretha nog met Hugo II van Saint-Pol, Boudewyn van Encre en Diederik van den Elzas.
