Het echtpaar woonde te Goirle in de herdgang Kerk. Tot 1779 in huurhuizen waarvan de kinderen Hosemans, Jan Brouwers en Willem van Dun eigenaars waren. Op 7 december 1779 kocht Franciscus samen met Nicolaas van Enschot van Hendrik van Dun " een huijsinge bestaande uijt twee woningen met keldertjes, schop en hoff, groot te saamen omtrent 8 roeden, gestaan en geleegen tot Goirle aldaar omtrent de roomsche kerk, (Hiermee is de schuurkerk aan de Bergstraat bedoeld), oost de heer Adriaan van Velsen, zuijd de gemeene straat, west Adeiaan van Velzen en noord Willem van Dun".
Enkele jaren later kopen de kinderen Eijsermans nog een hoekje van een perceel land in de Berg en in 1794 kopen de zonen van Franciscus de zogenaamde Braamakker ook gelegen "omtrent de roomsche kerk". Op deze grond worden huizen gebouwd, zodat rond 1800 de hele familie Eijsermans op een kluitje bij elkaar woont in de Berg.

Bij de boedelscheiding in 1754 worden Franciscus en zijn vrouw genoemd als erfgenaam van Hendrik van der Sande, pastoor te Bavel.
