V-RA 10 fol. 187v d.d. 6-11-1632: de kinderen en erfgenamen van AertFranssen: Geraert Aerts, de onmondige kinderen van wijlen Jacob Aertsmet hun voogd Henrick Willems, de kinderen van wijlen Peter Cornelisverwekt bij Willemken Aerts met hun voogd Jan Cornelis, de onmondigekinderen van Wouter Cornelis verwekt bij nu wijlen Heijlken Aerts methun voogd Jan Cornelis, de onmondige kinderen van wijlen Peter Aerts methun voogd Alexander Andriessen, dragen over aan Geraert Aert Franssenonroerend goed te Zeelst t.p.g.
