Hij werd gedoopt op 14 oktober 1694 in Oisterwijk. Hij trouwde op 25 november 1736 in Oisterwijk met Anna Maria Lambert van Hees. Uit dit huwelijk werden negen kinderen geboren:

In 1753 vertrok Hendrik de Brouwer met vrouw en kroost vanuit Udenhout naar Diessen. Hij pachtte daar in datzelfde jaar een "huijs, schaepstal en hoff met aansteede ende verder parceelen, soo acker als weijlant, groot te samen omtrent agt en twintig loopense, gestaan en gelegen tot Diessen op den gehugte van de
Haaghorst voor eenen tijt ende termijne van ses aan een volgende jaaren".
Hendrik de Brouwer is op 6 december 1761 in Diessen overleden en aldaar op 8 december begraven.
