Notes about Catharina Servaes Brenders

Dirck Van de Pol, geboren in Goirle op 19 Februari 1696, gestorven in Goirle op 16 November 1743. Hij was bewoner van een eigen huis in de herdgang Dorp en in 1727 verkoopt hij samen met zijn broer Jan een akker uit het ouderlijk bezit aan Jan Stoopen. Erg welvarend zal hij niet geweest zijn, in 1731 verkoopt hij een weiland aan de weduwe Francis van Wijck, wegens belastingschulden wordt in 1740 en 1741 beslag gelegd op zijn goederen en aankopen van hem zijn niet bekend. Wel ontvangt hij een legaat van 100 gulden bij testament van Jan Adriaan Soffaerts en diens vrouw Geertruij Cornelis de Louw. Van het onverdeelde bezit werd in 1763 4/5 deel van bovengenoemd legaat verkocht aan zijn zoon Michiel en 4/6 deel in een perceel land aan zijn zoon Jan van de Pol.
