Joannes Baptist de Volder, zn. van Joannes Baptist de Volder en Helena Maria van Dommelen, ged. RK te Goirle op 21 aug 1791 (zo) getuige was Maria Catharina van Dommelen, na de dood van zijn tweede vrouw, Adiana de Rooij, testeerde Jan de Volder op 10 mei 1861 voor notaris Daamen te Tilburg. Aangezien het huwelijk kinderloos was gebleven, vermaakte hij zijn nalatenschap aan de Goirlese gemeenteontvanger Peter Cornelis Anssems. In 1865 verkocht Anssems samen met de familie de Rooij de onroerende goederen van het echtpaar. Ook de onroerende goederen werden publiek verkocht. In de inboedel vinden we onder meer drie weefgeouwen, een beschilderde kast en een Vriesche huisklok, ovl. (ongeveer 73 jaar oud) te Goirle op 18 apr 1865 (di), tr. (2) met Adriana Jan de Rooij, dr. van Joannes Baptist de Rooij (landbouwer, arbeider) en Elisabeth Hoosemans (spinster)., tr.(1).met:
Cornelia van Ravels, dr. van Petrus van Ravels en Petronilla de Roije, ged. te Goirle op 23 feb 1783 (zo), ovl. (ongeveer 59 jaar oud) te Tilburg op 14 feb 1843 (di).
