Voor notaris Johan van Meurs werd de navolgende akte opgesteld: "Engelbert, Jan, Jan Baptist, Anneken en Barbara, broers en zusters, meerderjarige kinderen wijlen Wouter Cornelis Bertens; Govert Willem van Cuijck als in huwelijk hebbende Cornelia Bertens, oock een dochtere van Wouter Cornelis Bertens en Martinus Jan Heerders als in huwelijk hebbende Adriana Maria Bertens, oock een dochtere van Wouter Cornelis Bertens, verclaerden mette andere aangegaen ende gemaekt te hebben een erffscheijdinge ende deijlinge van de nagelaten erffgoederen hen condividenten aangecomen mits het overlijden van Wouter Cornelis Bertens en Petronella Adriaen Timmermans, henne ouders zaligers".
