Notes about Johanna Willemina KEMPHER

Johanna Willemina Kempher, ged. 18 februari 1677 in Monnickendam, overleden in 1755 in Hoorn, tr. op 6 januari 1701 in Hoorn met Abraham Nottelman, ged. 11 oktober 1676 in Wesel (Duitsland), lantpassaat, korporaal, overleden op 4 juni 1721 in de Atlantische Oceaan.

Op 20 november 1712 werd hij in Batavia bijgeschreven op de lijst van personen die met het retourschip Grimmestein voor de Amsterdamse kamer naar Holland vertrokken. Op 19 augustus 1713 kwam dit schip aan bij de rede van Texel met een lading ter waarde van 317.885 gulden. Abraham werd op 20 september 1713 op de lidmatenlijst van de kerk te Hoorn bijgeschreven, komende uit Makassar (Celebes). Op 4 januari 1714 machtigde hij zijn vrouw om alle noodzakelijke handelingen te kunnen verrichten. Twee weken later vertrok hij als lantpassaat van Texel voor de kamer van Hoorn naar Batavia op het schip d'Oude Zijpe, hij kwam daar op 13 augustus 1714 aan. Het schip waarmee hij naar Indië was gekomen maakte, zonder hem aan boord, nog een reis naar Ceylon en verging daarna voor Mauritius op de terugreis naar Nederland. Op 1 december 1719 vertrok Abraham als korporaal naar huis met het schip Neptunus. Op 6 augustus 1720 kwam dit schip aan bij Goerree met een lading ter waarde van 245.847 gulden. Abraham vertrok op 19 februari 1721 vanuit Texel voor de kamer van Hoorn op zijn laatste reis naar Batavia op het schip Wassenaar. Hij overleed op 4 juni 1721 aan boord van het schip, de Wassenaar kwam op 10 juni aan op de Kaap waar 12 overledenen werden vermeld. Op 9 september 1721 kwam het schip aan in Batavia.

Op 15 januari 1710 ontving Johanna van haar tante Helena Burggraaff een bedrag van 500 gulden, tegen 9% lijfrente.
