-ONA "s-Gravendeel inv.nr.4587, akte d.d. 4 oktober 1699. In deze akte troffen
Weijt, Jan en Ingen Joosten de Pee, meerderjarige broers van halven bedde van
Heijman, Jacob, Leendert en Aegje Ingens Vermaes, die broers en zuster van helen
bedde waren (met hun broer, toen wijlen Gelf Ingens Vermaes) als erfgenamen van
Berber Ingens Vermaes, een scheiding van de boedel met haar laatste echtgenoot
Jan Dircks van der Wier.
-ONA 's-Gravendeel nr.4587, akte d.d. 11-1-1700 en inv.4588 akte d.d.13-5-1710.
Op 11 januari 1700 troffen Weijt, Jan en Ingen Joosten de Pee, kinderen van
wijlen Joost Janse de Pee en van Marijgje Heijmens Capiteijn, een scheiding van
de vaderlijke boedel met Heijmen, Jacob, Leendert en Aegje Ingens Vermaes en met
het minderjarig weeskind van Gelf Ingens Vermaes, hun (half)broer en hun moeder,
de voornoemde Marijgje Capiteijn. De akte van scheiding van de boedel van
Marijgje Capiteijn is van 13 mei 1710.
