1462-89 (1777-1784) Pag 2 Fol 1-2 – 9 januari 1777 – Gertruda Harteken,
weduwe van Duirt Rijpma, stiefmoeder en boedelhoudster, en Auke Rijpma,schrijver Jacobus Sipkes en Jan Croese, voormond en voogden over de 2
minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Duirt Rijpma en wijlen Jantje Sipkes in echte verwekt, hebben overeenstemming over de vaderlijke nalatenschap. Stiefmoeder behoudt de gehele boedel. Zij betaalt de mombers 1314 Cargld 12 st, en 648 Car gld 4 st moederlijke afkooppenningen conform afkoop dd 23 februari 1766, en 533 Car gld 15 st 4 pl wegens uitstaande kredieten uit de drukkerij, mandelig met de tante van de pupillen weduwe
A. Hoitsema. Verdere inkomsten en octrooien uit de drukkerij zijn mandelig. Het lijfstoebehoor is voor de pupillen. Stiefmoeder krijgt het eigendom van de goederen. In de kantlijn: cessat zie quit dd 10 oktober 1781. De afkooppenningen zijn dd 4 juni 1781 verminderd met 529 Car gld 15 st 2 pl aangezien deze post tweemaal op de inventaris voorkwam. Behalve de afkooppenningen hebben de pupillen 100 Car gld geërfd van hun grootmoeder weduwe Ensing, overleden te Gieten.
