    Overlijdensdata gedeeltelijk uit genealogie Jaspers Jaspers (Chris Boerema).
    Deze vermeldt als overlijdensdatum voor Gerrit Boerema december 1763. Echter Gerrit Buirema wordt in het Haardstedenregister Peize 1764 nog vermeld in het noorden van Peize, zie hieronder.
    Familie Lunsche (DGJ 1995): "De goederen van Grietje Lunsche werden in 1750 gerechtelijk verkocht om de boedel te zuiveren, zoals werd opgemerkt. Een en ander vond plaats bij openbare uitmijning. Gerrit Buirema en Margijn Ebbinge kochten het huis en de schuur op de Middelhorst te Peize met de onderhorige landerijen."
    In 1764 wordt van huis geruild met Wilke Pieters en Jeichien Buirema, die kort daarvoor een huis in het noordeinde van Peize hebben gekocht.
    In 1769 verkoopt Marchien Ebbinge, weduwe Gerrit Buirema met toestemming van de Etstoel verschillende landerijen.
    Op 29-10-1773 worden mombers aangesteld omdat Margijn Ebbinge, weduwe van Gerrit Buirema is overleden. Hoofdmomber is Jan Buirema, medemombers zijn Harm Buirema, A. Lunsche en de Ette (Bareld) Gelmers. Er zijn 8 kinderen, waarvan de namen en de geboortedata worden vermeld.
    Het huis wordt verkocht aan de schulte Jan Willinge (schultengerechten Peize inv. 248, p. 258).
    In de eindrekening van 14-3-1787 wordt vermeld dat Hindrikje is overleden toen ze bij de schulte van Beilen in dienst was. Op 24-11-1786 "met onse peerd en wagen na Beilen geweest doen Hinderikje is overleden". Op 1-12 wordt Reinder Lucas betaald voor het halen van Hinderikje kiste van Beilen.
    De pupillen zijn nu meerderjarig en bedanken de mombers. Roelef Koobs tekent voor "mijn vrouw Hillegijn en voor Jantijn Buirma". Verder tekenen A. Lunsche en Harm Burema (als mombers) en Steven Burema en Anna Burema. De laatste is waarschijnlijk Anna van Teilinga, weduwe van Jacob Gerrits Buirma. In de rekening is sprake van geld aan Jeijgje gedaan, maar zij komt niet voor bij de ondertekenaars.
