ATKE WPCKEDR. CNOSSENS erfde van haar vader o.a. 20 pondematen in „Groote Bergh" te Kubaard. Deverkoop aan haar broer Aene van dit land op 5 maart 1600 zal haar zo'n 1900 goudgulden hebben opgeleverd. Zij huwde FEDDE TAEDES LESSAWONS, rechter te Makkum. Atke maakte haar testament op 15 februari 1614 (H. v. Fr. WW 11-20-12-1620, nr. 3). In 1620 en volgende jaren procederen haar erfgenamen. De partijen zijn Johan Wpckezn. Cnossens (VIle), mederechter en dijksgedeputeerde van Wymbritseradeel voor hemzelf en voor de weeskinderen van zijn overleden broer Aene Wpckezn. (VIIa), tevens volmacht hebbende van Ede Tietezn. Hoytema (VIlb), voorstander van zijn kinderen bij wijlen Theets Wpckedr. verwekt (VIIb), Heercke Melchiors (VIIIf) als voogd van Gaets Aendr. (VIIlf), Thomas Wpckezn. Cnossens (VIlc) als erfgenamen enerzijds en Fedde Taedezn. Lessawons (VIId) anderzijds. De onenigheid tussen de erfgenamen van Atke betreft de verdeling van de nalaten¬schap van wijlen Atke, bestaande o.a. uit drie huizen te Makkum. (H. v. Fr. WW 16, blz. 319, 1625). Fedde is in 1628 62 gulden schuldig wegens de koop van een schip (H. v. Fr. WW 10-27-10-1618). Het huwelijk is kinderloos gebleven
