Geachte leden,
Maandag 27 april, is de heer Jérôme Dolmans, vanaf dag een onze horeca partner in ons restaurant St. Andrews, van ons heengegaan. Na een ziektebed van enkele weken in het ziekenhuis is hij in eigen familiale kring vredig overleden.
In de jaren 90 sloegen de heer Dolmans en heer Stassen de handen in elkaar en vonden elkaar als bevriende collega ondernemers binnen golfbaan de Herkenbosche. Het team van St. Andrews heeft sindsdien het Dolmans keurmerk op de golfbaan vertegenwoordigd. Jérôme Dolmans hield van het vak en het horeca ondernemerschap. De laatste jaren kampte hij met zijn gezondheid. De laatste maanden hebben zich afgespeeld in uitzonderlijke ‘lock down’ omstandigheden. Gelukkig heeft hij zijn naaste familie nog kunnen zien en spreken. Ook de grote Meinweg brand vormde een grote bedreiging voor enkele van zijn levenswerken.
We denken terug aan de heer Dolmans als een zeer aimabele en rasechte hotelier/ondernemer en warme familieman, die Herkenbosch en omstreken door het neerzetten van levenswerken als o.a. Kasteel Daelenbroeck en het Boshotel, op de kaart heeft gezet als unieke vakantieplek en plaats waar horeca door zijn visie in alle vormen aangeboden wordt.
We wensen het gezin Dolmans en hun familie alle kracht om dit verlies samen te kunnen verwerken. Ook alle teams binnen de Dolmans groep en met name ons eigen St. Andrews Team veel sterkte toegewenst.
Dank voor de mooie samenwerking, Jérôme. We hebben samen geweldige jaren gekend en de mensen laten genieten. We gaan nu verder en het Dolmans Team zal beslist jouw levenswerk met alle liefde voortzetten.
