Tobe Vossers kwam uit Varsseveld en was getrouwd met Eefse Lensinck, dochter van Lambert Lensinck en diens vrouw Elsken op boerderij Lens in Lintelo. Hun zoon Jan Vossers alias Hoftijser werd in Varsseveld geboren, trouwde op 09-05-1669 in Aalten met Enneken Bijvinck (haar overlijdensdatum die jij noemt klopt niet, ze kreeg nog in 1691 een kind). Enneken was maar 1x getrouwt. Haar zogenaamde huwelijk met Lambert Lensinck bestond niet.
Jan Vossers volgde zijn oom en tante Geert te Kampe en Geesken Lensinck, die geen kinderen hadden, als bouwman op boerderij Hoftijzer in de buurtschap IJzerlo op en werd daarna Jan Hoftijser genoemd.
