Piccardt, notaris ter Pekela op vrijdag 3 februari 1826 bij opbod verkopen: Een zeer aanzienlijke boerenplaats, zijnde vrj en eigen grond, op Zuiderveen onder de O. Pekela, bestaande in een boerenbehuizing, grote schuur en behalve een groot deel hoogveen, een beste roggebouwte en plm. 35 bunder best groenland, alles rondom de woning gelegen.
