Veel bijzonderheden over de door hem te betalen pacht en schattingen (aan het hospitaal) zijn te vinden de in zogenaamde Hainische Ambts Frucht- und Federviehrechnungen in het archief van het ziekenhuis. Pachtcontracten werden in dit gebied voor achter jaren uitgegeven.
