Kocht in februari 1788 (Kadaster 1832, B192) het huis aan de Achter de Vismarkt 42. Breedte 9 voet 2 duim. Was in gemeenschap van goederen getrouwd met Pieternella van der Pool. Erfde volgens akte erflaters 1790 nr 3873-017 na haar overlijden in januari 1790 de helft van het huis dat daarvoor was getaxeerd op f. 200,-- Verkocht het huis daarna in juli 1790 aan Cornelis Outvliet.
Zijn eerste huwelijk was met Pieternella van der Pool. Pieternella was dochte van Abraham van der Pool en Aaltje van der Ring.
Zijn tweede huwelijk was met Johanna Lotsia van Zuijdveld. Dochter van Anthonie van Zuijdveld en Machtilda de Keijser.
Hoewel Johanna Lotsia officieel Johanna Lucia van Zuijdveld heet, wordt haar naam algemeen aangegeven als Johanna Lotsia. In heel veel officiele akten wordt allen gesproken over Johanna Lotsia.
Na perikelen met de OVS en als oranjegezinde, moest hij vluchten naar veiliger oorden, het werd in eerste instantie de Zuidhollandse eilanden. Hoewel nog getrouwd kwam hier
Zijn derde huwelijk met Martijntje Donkersloot. Dochter van Michiel Donkersloot en Pieternella Ketting. Saillant detail is dat hij nog getrouwd was in Gouda. ZIjn tweee vrouw (Johanna Lotsia) hoorde van dit huwelijk en stuurde aan op een scheiding (bigamie?) die er ook kwam. Gescheiden op 17-11-1801.
Zijn vierde huwelijk was met Martje Pieters Lam. Dochter van Ages Lam en Geeltje Luitzens te Lemmer.
Zijn vijfde huwelijk was met Maria Lowijs Alons. Dochter van Lowijs Allons en Hindriktje Luitjes. Bij het huwelijk was Frank 52 jaar en Maria Lowijs 26 jaar. Zelfs bij het overlijden van Frank te Donkerbroek wordthij (op zijn overlijdensakte) weduwnaar genoemd van Martje Pieters Lam. Maria Lowijs wordt nergens meer genoemd, maar er is een huwelijksakte!
Frank was in de tijd eerst kleermaker in Frederiksoord in Drenthe en later te Donkerbroek.
