Hofland verkoopt de heer Francois Quevelt 3 morgen 310 roe wei- of hooiland, belend NO Louris van der Lucht en Engel Hogervorst, ZO Pieter van der Bijl, ZW Engel Hogervorst en NW de Heerweg, alles volgens de oude waarbrieven, daarvan de jongste is van 4-2-1732, voor 1365 gulden.

Op 05-03-1753 (datum van de transportakte) koopt hij (Jonge Jan Leenderse BUIJTENDIJCK (Jan Ké), van Cornelia Huijberts Swietersluijs, weduwe van Dirck Zijmonsz. Hofland, een partij weiland (groot 2 morgen 48 roeden) in de Klinkerbergerpolder te Warmond voor f 450 gereed. Belendingen: noordoost en zuidoost: Cornelis zelf, zuidoost: Heer Abraham Edens, en noordwest: het scheid van Sassenheim. De laatste waarbrief is van 25-04-1724.
