Jacob Janse Naardenburg, die zijn bejaarde vader in dezen was opgevolgd. Op 18 mei 1717 was Jacob Janse ,,wettelijk getrouwd in ‘t Rechthuis te Lisse” (De Witte Zwaan) met Weyntje Maartens van der Meer uit Voorhoutse. A.R.A., Lisse D.T.B. nr. 2, Gaarder, fol. ll. Idem Lisse 8. De volgende dag wordt in de schuurkerk aan het MalIegat ,,in facie ecclesiae” het huwelijk kerkelijk gesloten. Jacob Janse is echter niet zeer oud geworden. Dan is Weyntje Maartens zelf de ,,bouwvrouw”. Later hertrouwt ze - maar dan niet in gemeenschap van goederen - met de welgestelde Warbout Jurriaense Vreeburg.

Ten slotte wordt de Erritlooster te samen met een aangrenzend perceel in 1728 aangekochtdoor Jacob Janse Naardenburg, de pachter van Morsveen. Op 19 maart 1751 verkoopt zijn weduwe, Wijntje van der Meer, dit bezit weer voor j 325 aan de Heer Quirin D’abenis, kapitein ter zee, en diens echtgenote Vrouwe Maria van Streijen, de eigenaars van de buitenplaats Dubbelhoven.
