ingesegend Jan Kornelisse Leuijendijk J.M. en Lijntie Aarts, wed van
Aren Mauritse van der Heide, hebbende bij ons en volgens attestatie in
Rokkagne hare trougeboden onverhinderd gehad.
Jan Cornelisz Luijendijk heeft in 1721 tezamen met andere kerkvoogden
twee gebrandschilderde ramen geschonken aan de Ned. Hervormde Kerk te
Vierpolders.
Het wapen vindt zijn afkomst in de bijbel in Johannes 15: Citaat. Ik ben
de ware wijnstok en mijn Vader is de Landman. Elke rank aan Mij, die
geen vrucht draagt, neemt hij weg en elke rand die wel vrucht draagt,
snoeit Hij, opda
t zij meer vrucht drage.
Het wapen van de Luyendijken kan men tot heden ten dagen aantreffen in
de Nederlandse Hervormde Kerk te Vierpoldes. Het wapen is in zilver met
een blauwe druiventros met twee groene blaadjes. Helmteken een vlucht in
zilver en blauw.
Dekkleden zilver en blauw. Op het wapen staat ook Jan Cornelisse
Leuijedick.
Cap en Schepen 1721.
