Proces Verbaal dd 6 mei 1872 wegens "bellediging met woorden van agenten der openbare magt in de uitoefening hunner functie"
Beklaagde in de nacht van 5 op 6 mei op de openbare straat aangetroffen en groot geraas makend. Agenten vermaanden hem zich rustig te gedragen en hen werd door beklaagde met luiden stem toegevoegd de woorden: "Je hebt niets met mij te maken, ik heb schijt aan de politie". Beklaagde verklaarde beschonken te zijn geweest en zich van het hem ten laste gelegde niets te herinneren. Uitspraak 24 juni 1872.

Zitting op 07-06-1883 wegens Opzettelijke verbreking van afsluiting.
Franciscus Maanders, 47 jaar, sjouwer, geboren en wonende te Breda, Lange Gampelstraat heeft op 18 mei 1883 's avonds ca. 9 uur opzettelijk een grote glasruit verbrijzeld die diende ter afsluiting van de woning van de bakker J.W. van Baarle aan de Haven te Breda.
Veroordeeld tot eene gevangenisstraf voor den tijd van zes dagen.
