Notes about Jean Joseph de la Mar

Jean woonde eerst in Den Haag, maar verhuisde rond 1803 naar Arnhem. Hij werd assistent aan het Hof van Arrest. In Arnhem overleed zijn eerste vrouw en trouwde hij met de tweede. Al snel na dit huwelijk verhuisde het gezin naar Hattem waar Jean veldwachter werd en ging wonen in de bekende Hattemer Poort. Zie het aparte artikel. Variaties in zijn voornaam zijn: Teun, Johannes en Johan. Zijn achternaam werd ook geschreven als De Lamar en Lamar.
