DE COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN IN DE PROVINCIE GELDERLAND verklaart dat Theodorus Schuurman, geboren te Wisch den 9 December 1867, wonende te Ambt Doetinchem van beroep kleermaker, zoon van Alof Jan en van Derksken te Mebel, overleden te Ambt Doetinchem resp. den 27-4-1868 en 2-6-1889, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Ambt Doetinchem van het jaar 1886, voor de lichting van het jaar 1887, is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 11, en dat hij vervolgens door den Militieraad uithoofde van broederdienst van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Arnhem, den 11 April 1896.
