DE COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS IN DE PROVINCIE UTRECHT verklaart, dat Jacob Westbroek, geboren te Driebergen, den 27 September 1835, wonende te Driebergen, van beroep arbeider, zoon van Jacob (overleden) en van Maria Verschuur (zonder beroep te Driebergen) wonende te Driebergen in het inschrijvigs-register van de gemeente Driebergen van het jaar 1854 is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen no. 21, en dat hij vervolgens door den Militie-raad, uithoofde van ligchaamsgebreken van de dienst is vrijgesteld.
