DE COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN IN DE PROVINCIE NOORDHOLLAND verklaart, dat Evert Leissen, geboren te Amsterdam den 15 Maart 1867, wonende te Amsterdam, van beroep timmerman, zoon van Wolbert en van Johanna Hendrika Kreek, wonende te Amsterdam, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Amsterdam van het jaar 1886 voor de lichting van het jaar 1887 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 406, dat hij op den 5 Mei 1887 is ingelijfd, en uithoofde van diensteindiging op den4 Mei 1894 uit den dienst is ontslagen.
Gegeven te Haarlem, den 1 Mei 1896.
