Laurents Lasonder weduwenaar met Catharina jannink J.D.; beide met een attestatie van Enschede.
( De proclamatiën hadden dus in Enschede plaats gevonden).

Laurens en Catharina hadden voor hun huwelijk al enige tijd samen gewond, wat in die tijd strafbaar was. Het kwam het paar op 42 gulden te staan.

Gerigte gehouden den 7 Maart 1740 in pleno Senatu.
Campareerd in dit Ed. Gerigte Proc. Henric Pennink Volmagtige van de Hoog Welgeb. gesr. Heer Land Drost van Twente en doed omni meliori modo pandinge aen de beweeglijke effecten van Laurens Lazonder, getrouwt aan Catharina Jannink ten einde om daar aan te verhalen 20 oude Schilden ter Sa. van 42 gln weegens præmatuur bijslapen.
Verzoekende hier van denunciatie per extractum met inthimatie an deese in 14 dagen met geld of regte af te maken. Zulks Stellende met eijs van kosten ad decretum.
