De comparanten verklaarden bij deze hunne toestemming te geven tot het huwelijk, dat hun minderjarige dochter Johanna Geertruida Webina Berendsen wenscht aan te gaan met Klaas Hunia, tuinman, wonende te Enschede.
Waarvan acte uit te geven in originali, verleden te Enschede den achtsten October negentienhonderd en een, in tegenwoordigheid van den Heer Pieter Willem van der Ploeg, candidaat-notaris en Lodewijk Hofstede, smid, beiden wonende te Enschede, als getuigen, die evenals de comparanten aan mij bekend zijn.
Onmiddellijk na voorlezing is deze acte onderteekend door de comparanten, de getuigen en mij notaris.

De COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN in de provincie Friesland verklaart, dat Klaas Hunia, geboren te Workum den 8 November 1870, wonende te Workum, van beroep tuinman, zoon van Thijmen en van Oeke Weiland, beide overleden, in het inschrijvingsregister van de gemeente Workum van het jaar 1889 voor de lichting van het jaar 1890 is ingeschreven en dat hem vervolgens bij de loting is ten deel gevallen nr. 39, dat, buiten oproeping gebleven zijnde, hem tot geen dienst heeft verplicht.
Gegeven te Leeuwarden, den 2 October 1901.
