De ondergetekende Geneesheer Directeur van het Geneeskundig Gesticht voor Krankzinnigen "Meerenberg" te Bloemendaal verklaart, dat Derkje Vink, weduwe van Theodorus Jorna, sedert 22 December 1891 in genoemd Gesticht verpleegd wordende in zoodanigen toestand van krankzinnigheid verkeert, dat zij geacht moet worden onbekwaam te zijn om haren wil te verklaren, ten aanzien van het voorgenomen huwelijk van hare dochter Marie Jeanne Jorna.

De Commissaris der Koningin in de provincie Overijssel verklaart, dat aan Jan Hendrik ter Horst, geboren te Stad Delden op 24 Maart 1873, zoon van Jan Willem en van Aaltjen Bloemena bij de loting voor de lichting der nationale militie van het jaar 1893 voor de gemeente Stad Delden is ten deel gevallen nr. 12 en dat hij op 9 Maart 1893 is ingelijfd en op 8 Maart 1900 uit den dienst is ontslagen, uithoofde van geëindigden diensttijd.
ZWOLLE, den 24 Juli 1903.
