1680 Dom 14 Trin. Jan Hofste, soon van Berent Hofste in Hengevelde en Henriexcken Luickzen, dochter van Luicken Gerritsen op die Boonerije in 't Kerspel. Copulati Dom 17 Trin. 8br. 3.
Dat laatste klopt niet. Dom 17 Trin. was niet op 3 oktober, maar 13 oktober.

In het trouwboek van Delden staat:
Proclamati 29 Aug. 1680 en diemissi die 1 Octob. 1680 Jan ter Hoffstede uijt Hengevelt & Hendrickjen Luicksen van de Boonerije tot 't kerspel van Goor.

Het jaar 1680, het jaar dat Jan en Hendrikje getrouwd zijn, was geen best jaar, want in maart 1681 schrijft dominee Abr. Putmann in het kerkenboek van Goor onder de lijst van overleden in 1680:
NB. Dit jaer (bedoeld is het afgelopen jaar) hebben geregiert hitzige Koortzen en brantsieke, waer vele met die doet geworselt hebben, doch na het getal der krancken is niet geweest het getal der dooden. Vele sijn wederom opgecomen, en doets stricken ontgaen. Vele konnen niet wel tot gesonkheit geraken, blijven noch in dit jaer Ao. 81 geplaecht met die sware bij blijvende koortsen. Vele sijn na uitwijsen van dit register gestorven, onder welck sijn tot Diepenhem, uit mijn bloet en maechshap Hendrick Senunder, Borgermeester, soon van E. theodor Senunder en Hendrich Schutter, Richter, soon van E. Otto Schutter.
