DE COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS IN DE PROVINCIE GELDERLAND verklaart, dat Jan Hendrik Jansen, geboren te Zutphen den 29 Julij 1861, wonende te Amsterdam, van beroep schipper, zoon van Willem en van Johanna Catharina Baarschers, wonende te Amsterdam, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Zutphen van het jaar 1880, voor de lichting van het jaar 1881, is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 64, en dat hij vervolgens door den Militieraad uithoofde van broederdienst van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Arnhem, den 11 April 1891.
