De Commissaris der Koningin in de provincie Overijssel verklaart, dat aan Gerrit Jan Visscher, geboren te Markelo op 17 December 1878, zoon van Arend Jan en van Geertrui Oolbrink bij de loting voor de lichting van het jaar 1898 voor de gemeente Markelo is ten deel gevallen nr. 23, en dat hij vervolgens bij onherroepelijk geworden uitspraak van den militieraad uithoofde van te zijn eenige wettig zoon van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
