De GOUVERNEUR van de provincie DRENTHE verklaard: dat Stoffer Harms geboren te Hoogeveen den 26 December 1792, van beroep arbeider, zoon van Harm Stoffers (overleden) en van Jentien Alberts Velt (mede overleden), binnen de gemeente van Hoogeveen voor de Nationale Militie is ingeschreven; dat aan hem vervolgens bij de loting is ten deele gevalen het nummer Honderd zeven en twintig (1815), het welk tot heden niet opgeroepen zijnde Hem tot geenen dienst heeft verpligt.
Gegeven te ASSEN, den 9den Januarij 1824
