aantekening: De vraag is: hoe nu verder? Is er een link naar de Van Raephorst familie in Wassenaar, bijvoorbeeld jonker Aelbert van Aelbrecht (http://members.home.nl/m.tettero/Tetterode/Wassenaar.htm), die eerst pastoor, vervolgens geus is, broe r van Herbert van Raephorst die in 1968 overlijdt. Aelbert wordt op 4 november 1575 dijkgraaf van Rijnland. Is deze Aelbert gehuwd geweest? Komt de naam Aelbert of Aelbrecht in de familie Van Raephorst vaker voor? Uit een rondgang op internet kr ijg ik niet de indruk dat er onderzoek naar de genealogie Van Raephorst is gedaan, althans blijkt zo'n studie niet bekend.

aantekening: Er is een relatie tussen Van Raephorst en Reigersbergen. Op de Rijgersberg site [mei 2008]: "In 1663 komt Reigersbergen in handen van de katholieke boerenstand. Eigenaren worden Cornelis van der Hoch ? rentmeester en notaris ? en Pi eter Cornelis van Raephorst (overleden 1680 te Wassenaar), in 1642 te Wassenaar gehuwd met Helena Dircksdr van Wouw (Leentje Dirks), overleden in 1679 te Wassenaar. Leentje Dirks is de dochter van Dirck Louris van Wouw en Leentje Maartens van Re eygersbergh (van Reigersbergen), een dochter van de Maerten Maertensz van Reygersbergh. ?Die hofstede van Reygersberge(n)? te Wassenaar wordt voor het eerst genoemd in 1546. Maarten Maertensz van Reygersbergh, stamvader van het overgrote deel va van de huidige families Rijgersberg/Reijgersberg, huurt in 1584 de hofstede. Dat was in de periode kort na de reformatie waarin katholieken die hun kerk trouw waren gebleven zich buiten de steden vestigden om ongestoord hun geloof trouw te kunne n blijven."
