Eerste vrouw van Mathijs Coucke, ze huwden op 31 oktober 1624 in Hekelgem. Getuigen waren Jan de Doncker en Jan Eeman (het jaar ervoor gehuwd met Elisabeth Couck). Jacoba moet van Hekelgem afkomstig geweest zijn, omdat ze daar met Matthijs huwde, ze moet vòòr 1645 overleden zijn, haar man Mathijs hertrouwde met Pieryne Melckebeke die eveneens van rond Aalst afkomstig was.
