Was peter van Anna Maria De Roo, geboren in Kanegem op 3 mei 1690 als zoon van Livinus De Roo en Magdalena Hellebuyck. Livinus de Roo was zoon van Martinus De Roo en Judoca Boelaere. Begraven met middelbare dienst. Vermoedelijk begraven tijdens de goede week voor Pasen. (Parochieregister Poeke). Was buitenpoorter van Kortrijk te Poeke van 1684 tot 1720. Hij verkreeg dit poorterschap door erfenis
na overlijden van zijn vader Segher of Zegerius. (Buitenpoorters van kortrijk in de roede tielt (1639-1720) en Deinze(1639-1795)).
