Voor scholt Frans Crachten en gedaagde ter eenre, en de onbestendige kondschappers, aenlegger Jacob Bourboom, hier opgeroepen zijnde, ter andere zijde.
De kondschappen van de aanlegger voor het gericht gevoerd, sonder onderzoek uit te voeren, te registreren.
Om klaarlicks te demonstreren zoals aanvankelijk gezegd, dat de persoon van Jacob Bourboom van de aanlegger een zoon is van zijn broeder zaliger.
Dat daarom de getuigenis van hem en zijn huisvrouw, Hilleken Hackfoort, partijdig zijn en des rechten geen geloof kunnen geven.
Desgelijke met de derde kondschap die van Peter ter Lits, die eveneens geen geloof heeft toe te schrijven, daar deze Peter ter Lidt getrout is aan den aenleggers susters dochter.
Zijn tegen, dat de 3 voornoemde kondschappen afgelegd zijn door bloedverwanten, en daarmee de partijdigheid is aangetoond.
Ook de kondschap van Willem Kerkwijk wordt geen geloof gegeven.
Deze akte is een samenvatting waarom de kondschappen zijn afgewezen en niet geregistreert, aangegeven door de persoon van Johan Peckel die buiten 'suspicien' staat.
