Aaltje de Bode, weduwe van Dirk den Uijl, koopt haar 4 onmondige kinderen uit. De kinderen zijn genaamd: Dirk (9 jaar), Aalbert (7 jaar), Cornelis (6 jaar) en Willem Dirkszoon den Uijl. Ze krijgen ieder 3 gulden en 3 stuivers als ze meerderjarig zijn geworden of getrouwd zijn.
Verder zal hun moeder ze onderhouden en een vak laten leren.
Er zullen nog 2 gouden hemdsknopen, twee borstrokken met zilveren knopen, drie paar zilveren gespen en 2 zilveren broeksknopen in gelijke porties over de erfgenamen verdeeld worden als deze mondig zijn geworden of een huwelijk aangaan.
Deze uitkoop vindt plaats met goedkeuring van de bloedvoogd Aaldert de Bode, de grootvader van moeders zijde.
