    Barbara Dirkse den Uijl verklaart dat al haar kleren en versieringen van goud en zilver aan het lijf gedragen aan haar kinderen zullen worden nagelaten.

    De langstlevende wordt enige en universeel erfgenaam in alle nagelaten goederen, zowel roerende als onroerende, kredieten, goud en zilver gemunt en ongemunt.

    De langstlevende zal de kinderen, na gelaten door de eerststervende, eerlijk moeten opvoeden en alimenteren in eten, drinken, kleding. De kinderen zullen moeten leren lezen en schrijven en een beroep moeten leren waarmee ze later de kost kunnen verdienen. Dit zal zo zijn totdat de de leeftijd van 25 jaar hebben bereikt of een huwelijk aangaan. Dan zullen ze een bedrag van 3 guldens en 3 stuivers ontvangen als voldoening van hun legitieme portie in de erfenis.

    Mocht de langstlevende hertrouwen, dan zullen de kinderen uit het eerste huwelijk de helft van de gemene boedel en goederen erven.

    Het Aasdoms versterfrecht is van toepassing als beide testateurs overleden zijn.

    Als voogden worden Pieter den Bonsert, wonende te Ammerstol, en Reijn Cornelisze den Ruijter, wonende te Vlaardingen, aangesteld. Hierbij worden schout schepenen en weesmannen uitgesloten.
