    Er is geen testament opgemaakt en er zijn geen voogden aangesteld.
    Er zijn 6 kinderen uit het huwelijk nog in leven.
    Aagje Willems Koolwijk, die wordt geassisteerd door haar man Pieters Jansz van Vliet
    Vijf minderjarige kinderen, genaamd Arij, Ariaantje, jan, Jan en Cornelis Willems Koolwijk, waarvoor de Schout en weesmannen van Stolwijk tekenen.
    De uitkoopakte houdt in dat Willem Jansz Koolwijk alle bezittingen zal behouden, zijn minderjarige kinderen zal onderhouden tot ze 25 jaar oud zijn geworden of dat ze trouwen.

    De helft van de inboedel zal naar de kinderen gaan.

    Als uitkoopbedrag van de helft van de inboedel zal aan ieder kind een gulden bij meerderjarigheid of het aangaan van een huwelijk worden betaald.
