De erfgenamen zijn: •Johannis van Dam •Christine van Dam, echtgenote van Dirk Goedhart •Pieter van Dam •Teuntje van Dam, echtgenote van Cornelis van der Ruit •Cornelis, Janna, Arij en Willemijntje van Noort kinderen van de overleden Anna van Dam en Arij van Noort. (als voogden Aart Capeteijn en Jan Proos)
Johannis van Dam heeft als eerste de keuze om het huis met landerijen te kopen voor twee duizend guldens. Hij maakt van deze keuze gebruik en zal de andere erfgenamen 800 guldens betalen ter vergoeding van hun erfdeel.
Johannis krijgt hiervoor de hele inboedel, behalve de kleding en sieraden die zijn vader droeg.
