    Sijbrant is gezond van lichaam en geest.

    Zijn oudste zoon Jan Sijbrandse erft het huis met schuur met daarom heen anderhalf mergen weiland gelegen in de Benedenberg te Bergambacht. Daarnaast erft hij ook 2 hont griendland gelgen in de polder de Nes in Bergambacht, waarbij hij ook de dijk moet onderhouden.

    Alle verder na te laten goederen zal in gelijke porties verdeeld worden onder de erfgenamen Jan Sijbrandse, Merrigje Sijbrandse, Neeltje Sijbrandse en het nakomertje Cornelis Sijbrandse.

    De akten wordt ondertekent door

    Theunis Jacobz, man van Merrigje Sijbrandsz
    Cornelis van Solen, man van Neeltje Sijbrandse
    Cornelis Sijbrandse

    en de getuigen Jacobus Morens en Piter Verroen

    Met de ondertekening geven ze goedkeuring aan de verdeling van de efenis van Sijbrand Cornelisz.
