    Cornelia Dekker en Cornelis Cornelisz Graafland hebben op 15-04-1798 voor de schout en schepenen van Ammerstol hun testament laten passeren, waarbij elkander als enige en universele erfgenaam hebben genomineerd in alle goederen. Cornelis Cornelisz Graafland is overleden op 2 januari 1800.

    Cornelia Dekker geeft aan dat ze na het overlijden van haar eerste man zeer zwaar belast is geweest met het opvoeeden en onderhoud van haar 6 minderjarige kinderen.

    Haar verzoek is of ze van de boedel van de grootvader Cornelis Graafland jaarlijks de vruchten en inkomsten zou kunnen krijgen om haar minderjarige kinderen te kunnen onderhoude todat die meerderjarig zijn of in het huwelijk treden.

    De Schout en de voogden gaan akkoord op 08-05-1802.
