    (1) Cornelis Boudesteijn, (2) Dirk Boudesteijn, (3) Fijgje Boudesteijn gehuwd met Dirk van Erk, (4) Jacob Boudesteijn, (5) Adrianis Boudesteijn, (6) Anna Boudesteijn, (7) Claas Boudesteijn en (8) Arij Boudesteijn. Alle wonen ze te Gouderak en ieder zal een gelijke portie ontvangen

    Vijf kinderen zijn nog ongehuwd: Cornelis, Adrianus, Anna en Claas. Deze kinderen mogen hun leven lang als ze ongehuwd blijven gebruik maken van het huis schuur en erf en tevens de vruchten van de bomen op het erf genieten. Het huis mag niet worden verkocht of verdeeld, maar er moet 25 gulden per jaar betaald worden aan de gehuwde kinderen. De erfgenamen moeten gezamenlijk het huis onderhouden.

    Na het overlijden van Anna Ment mag alles verkocht worden, maar zal door 2 onafhankelijke taxateurs getaxeerd worden, en zal in egale porties verdeeld worden. De erfgenamen mogen het nalatenschap ook kopen.

    Jan van Meijeren en Teunis de Jong, beide wonende te Gouderak, worden aangewezen als voogd en administrateur

    Ze benoemt Jan van Meijeren en Teunis de Jong tot voogden over haar minderjarige kinderen en tot administrateurs van haar goederen.
