De ouders van mijn opa (Jacobus Gravesteijn geboren en Johanna van Dam, staan naast mijn opa) hebben het spookhuis gekocht. Hij was timmerman. Heeft later aan de Vlamingstraat 28 2 huizen gebouwd waar ze daarna zijn gaan wonen.
