De langstlevende wordt enige of universele erfgenaam in alle goederen, roerende en onroerende. De langstlevende zal de kinderen die verwekt zijn tijdens het huwelijk goed moeten verzorgen, opvoeden, naar school laten gaan en een vak moeten laten leren zodat ze later de kost kunnen verdienen. Dit zal moeten gebeuren totdat de minderen meerderjarig of getrouwd zijn.
Bij meerderjarigheid of bij het aangaan van een huwelijk zal 20 caroli guldens en de kleren en sieraden van de eerststervende worden uitgekeerd. Mocht de langstlevende hertrouwen dan zal het uit te keren bedrag 100 caroli guldens worden als legitieme portie van de erfenis. De goederen zullen volgens het aasdoms versterfrecht verdeeld worden.
De langstlevende wordt als voogd of voogdesse over de kinderen gesteld. Als mede voogd en administrateur wordt aangesteld Cornelis Jansz Vaandrager, meester timmerman, wonende te Ouderkerk aan den IJssel en Cornelis Cornelisz Stolker wonende te Stolwijk.
