    Jerijntje Aarts Ouweleen is overleden en laat 3 minderjarige kinderen na, genaamd:
    Magdaleentje Thijsz de Bruijn, oud ongeveer 13 jaren
    Gerrit Thijsz de Bruijn, oud ongeveer 11 jaren.
    Geertuijd Thijsz de Bruijn, oud ongeveer 7 jaren.

    De omen Dirk Gerritsz de Bruijn en Pieter de Jong zijn door het gerecht als voogden over de minderjarige kinderen benoemd.

    Jerijntje Aarts Ouweleen had weinig bezittingen, zeker niet genoeg om de kinderen te onderhouden. Vader Thijs Gerritsz de Bruijn wordt eigenaar van de gehele inboedel en zal de kinderen een Zesthalf ( 5½ stuiver of ƒ0:5:8) bij meerderjarigheid of het aangaaan van een huwelijk. Vader Thijs zal de kinderen naar school laten gaan en een beroep laten leren en voorzien in hun onderhoud. Mochten de kinderen overlijden, dan zal vader Thijs de begrafenis betalen.

    De voogden, schout en heemraad van Ouderkerk aan den IJssel gaan akkoord met deze regeling.
