    Na de dood van zijn vrouw Riemke Tjittes zal de nalatenschap in gelijke porties verdeeld worden over de dan nog levende kinderen. Mocht een van deze kinderen al overlede zijn, dan zal het erfdeel van dit kind overgaan naar zijn kinderen of erfgenamen.

    De twee zonen Tjitte Hielkes Tromp, timmerman te Dedjum, en Harmen Hielkes Tromp, boer te Workum, worden beneomd tot executeurs en boedelredders.

    Als voogd over de overleden zoon Jan Hielkes Tromp worden Tjitte Hielkes Tromp en Sytzeb Klases aangesteld.

    Het erfdeel van zoon Hielke Hielkes zal onder administratie blijven van Harmen Hielkes Tromp, en bij overlijden van Harmen zal GeerHielkes Tromp dit overnemen. Zijn erfdeel zal in termijnen uitbetaald moeten worden en ze zijn verplicht om 4 procent rente over het nog uit te betalen deel uit te keren.
