    Aktebeschrijving

    Cornelis de Boom en Lijntje Neef, echtelieden wonende te Lekkerkerk, zijn voor de Schout en schepenen van Lekkerkerk verschenen om een schenking vast te leggen.

    Om bijzondere redenen heeft het echtpaar besloten om hun zonen Teunis en Leendert Cornelisz de Boom na hun dood de lijnbaan met de daarbij behorende beplanting, baanhuis en gereedschappen toe te wijzen. Ze willen eventuele moeilijkheden over hun nalatenschap na hun dood vermijden

    Zoon Leendert Cornelisz krijgt het huis met erf, dat nu nog bewoond wordt door de comparanten, toegewezen.

    De voorwaarde is dat zoon Cornelis een bedrag van 250 gulden voor de lijnbaan inbrengt en dat zoon Leendert 150 guldens inbrengt voor het huis met erf. Het ingebrachte geld zal in gelijke porties verdeeld worden onder de kinderen en erfgenamen.

    De zonen Teunis en Leendert gaan akkoord met de schenking.
