    Barend de Gruijter en Marrigje Gerritse den Hals, echtelieden wonende te Lekkerkerk, maken hun testament op bij de schout en schepenen van Lekkerkerk.

    De langstlevende wordt tot enige en algehele erfgena(a)m(e) benoemd in alle goederen, actien en credieten. De langstlevende wordt verplicht om de kinderen op te voeden en onderhouden totdat ze meerderjarig zijn.

    Bij meerderjarigheid wordt per kind 3 gulden als legitieme portie van de erfenis uitgedeeld. De kinderen worden niet tot mede erfgenamen benoemd.

    Bij het versterven van goederen wordt het aasdoms versterfrecht toegepast, niet het schependoms versterfrecht.

    De zonen Gerrit en Willem de Gruijter kunnen na het overlijden van de langstlevende het huis met lijnbaan kopen voor 300 gulden. Als universele erfgenamen worden de kinderen benoemd, of indien deze gestorven zijn hun wettelijke nakomelingen.

    Als voogden over de minderjarige kinderen wordt zoon Gerrit de Gruijter en schoonzoon Teunis Cornelisz Boom benoemd. Alle weesmeesters en weeskamers worden uitgesloten van de nalatenschap.
